LIFE MEMBERSHIP $2,000 (does not cover Annual District Dues or Annual Chapter Dues)

LATE PROCESSING FEE $5 (After Dec. 31st of each year)

REINSTATEMENT FEE $3 (for anyone not financial the previous year)
